Football Tournament

St Matthew’s won their league at the Tunbridge Wells Primary School’s football tournament at Hawkenbury Astro. The team played brilliantly winning 4 games and drawing 2, scoring 13 goals and only conceding 2. These results took them through to the final, where they played St Mark’s. A tense match followed with St Matthew’s taking the lead, only to be equalised by St Mark’s. With time ticking by, the boys played as a team to score the winning goal before the whistle blew. Well done, Ollie, Pedro, Jim, Ned, Billy, Rattaphum, Jamie and Harley.
